I found this hotel to be a mixed bag - while the rooms were really spacious and clean, the service left something to be desired with a somewhat grumpy attitude.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although a bit dated, they offered excellent value for money, especially given the close proximity to the Staples Center for events. The service was considerate and helpful, despite a minor incident with the motel's owner in the handicap parking area. The location was convenient, within walking distance to downtown LA and great attractions, though slightly concerned about the Staple Center Inn nearby.

The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from downtown LA, offering a great base for exploring. The rooms were spacious with new TVs, although some noise from the refrigerator and AC unit could be bothersome. The service was exceptionally helpful despite the impersonal reception setup behind a glass wall. The surrounding area, while convenient, may not offer the most pleasant atmosphere.
